The Jetting



Availabe size:

Currently on PJ #37.5 MJ #160 Needle at middle clip, 2 turn.
Default setting for the air screw is 1 turn out, max turn at 1 ¼, 1 ½ turn.

Notes:
  • Warm up your engine to the proper operating temperature. 
  • Turn the idle up so it is idling about 500 RPM’s higher than normal.
  • Turn the airscrew all the way in until it bottoms out, once bottomed out slowly back the screw out a ¼ turn at a time (give the engine 10-15 seconds between each ¼ turn of the screw, to allow the engine to catch up w ith the adjustments).
  • Continue backing the airscrew out until the engine idles at its highest RPM.
  • The preferred setting window is between 1 and 2 turns.
  • If the engine idles at its highest RP M from 0-1 turns out this mean s the pilot setting is on the Lean side and a larger pilot jet should be installed.
  • If the engine idles at its highest RPM at over 2 turns out, this means the pilot setting is on the Rich side and a smaller pilot jet should be installed.

Carb Keihin pe28 siam ni boleh sangat la nak pakai.. Harga sekitar rm150 ke rm170 boleh dapat dah.. Komponen dalaman carb siam ni jarum tengah tak ada takuk klip nak laras, jadi ditukar dengan jarum tengah Kips KR150, untuk pilotjet pulak tukar pakai Uma punya dan untuk mainjet pakai Kips KR150.

    Alhamdulillah hari ni dalam pukul 1.30 tengah hari tadi ada terima panggillan dari orang Gdex, kerja jugak hari sabtu dia orang ni, Barang yang di order dah sampai tapi cari lokasi rumah tak jumpa pulak untuk penghantaran jadi keluar la aku gi amik exzos ABM ni dekat dia orang, sampai rumah lepas buka bungkusan sempat la snap gambar dulu, Silencer belakang exzos ni memang besar, kualiti material nampak macam kureng sikit dan agak nipis. Berat exzos ni nak dibandingkan dengan exzos original LC memang jauh beza. First time pegang exzos ni memang rasa ringan sangat. Dari belakang exzos ni, silencer boleh buka dan ditambat dengan tiga screw sahaja, juga boleh masukkan fiber untuk nak bagi bunyi berendam dan padat lagi.

    Suatu ketika dahulu selepas pelancaran LC135 v2 5 speed dan tak berapa lama kemudian tersebar gambar seperti tertera di atas maka ramai la yang berhajat dan bercita cita nak beli LC yang datang siap dari kilang edisi cover suit design Yamaha merah dan putih ni. Sekian lama menunggu maka tak muncul muncul jugak keluaran cover suit edisi seperti dalam gambar tersebut dan terpaksa la buat pilihan dengan apa yang ada. Dalam 2 3 hari lepas sambil window shopping, cuci mata dalam facebook maka terperasan pulak cover suit Yamaha lc135 edisi merah dan putih edisi semakin di depan. Jadi sesiapa yang berminat dan berhajat nak pakai cover suit ni boleh la contact Mr Alil melalui facebook beliau untuk pertanyaan harga, macam nak order dan keterangan yang lebih lanjut.     Cool Down!

    Rata rata dari hasil perbincangan yang dikuti dengan pengguna yamaha lc135 lain ramai yang mengsarankan menggunakan coolant yang berjenama seperti tertera digambar sebelah. Untuk 1 liter berharga sekitar 20 ke 22 ringgit sebotol. dengan campuran 50/50,  1 liter coolant pekat + 1 liter air = 2 liter coolant siap dibancuh, jadi boleh la jimat duit dengan coolant ni. Boleh 3 4 kali tukar coolant. Ada juga yang membancuh dengan kadar yang lebih pekat dengan campuran 70 coolant dan 30 air untuk spek mesin yang dah dimodi ketahap kategori extreme untuk membantu menyejukan enjin hasil dari block besar yang biasa nya akan lebih cepat panas dan mengeluarkan haba yang lebih banyak, kadar campuran yang sama juga disarankan untuk block standard untuk perjalanan long distance, terutamanya yang selalu atau suka maintain open throttle untuk satu jangka masa yang lama.
    Untuk penukaran coolant, kebiasaannya takung botol simpanan coolant dibawah tidak perlu dibuang dan masih boleh digunakan untuk mengelakkan pembaziran.

    Perlu diingatkan agar berhati hati semasa pembelian sebab terdapat banyak barangan tiruan dipasaran.

    AIS hose plugging

    Popping sound from the exhaust on throttle release. Plan to plugging or block the AIS hose to resolve the issue.
